Water at Watermead

Watermead as the name suggests contains water, lots of it in these drought ridden times.  The weir by the barge was spectacular especially the surface tension in contrast to the falling water.

First I walked to gain a feeling for the park and came to another weir and another way that the water flows.

Now this all needed recording so out with the hydrophone and recorder

into the water you go and sounds abound

noisy sounds

quiet sounds
