Cargo exchange

Well, that was a terrific handover of all sorts of cultural cargo. Thank you to Rick, Amy, Hasmita and all who helped make a wonderful hand over event. 


Great to see the cargo. Thank you to Charles for his exciting work. I look forward to spending more time with it - although my brain has been lighting some fires in the cerebellum region since I left the narrowboat. Really nice to see the thread (!) between works evolving from Kathrine's excellent sound piece. 


Also great to see Michael, Chrys and Jennie's Cargo.


Here are a couple of pictures of the wrapping and label from my cargo to Charles and an example of one of the eight mounted images inspired by the idea of sound as cargo (from Kathrine's piece) and transmission as the vehicle. The old BBC World Service site sitting on Borough Hill in Daventry overlooks the Grand Union Canal.
